Abstract

Purposes : The purposes of this study was to overview the description of physiotherapy communication with patient satisfaction especially physiotherapy technical skills in hospital and clinics in Jakarta and surrounding areas 2013 Design : Design of this study was Cross sectional with 267 total sample in hospitals and clinics in Jakarta and surrounding areas which has chosen by systematic random sampling. The subject were interviewed using questionare communication and patien satisfaction (p=0,00012; p<0,05). The descriptive analysis showed that physiotherapy communication affect with patient satisfaction. Conclusion : There is significant relationship between physiotherapy communication and patient satisfaction in hospitals and clincs in Jakarta and surrounding areas 2013
