Abstract
Analysis of Customer Perceptions of Ba'i Murabahah. Supervised by Hendry Tanjung and Abdullah Fathoni. The establishment of Islamic banks in Indonesia is a positive thing that we as Muslims must support. Islamic banks that have sprung up in Indonesia are a breath of fresh air for Muslims in Indonesia, because Islamic banks are one of the economic pillars of this nation's building. Indonesia is a country with a majority of Muslims who grew up in the midst of abundant natural wealth where Islam is the best solution. And Islamic economics that has been forgotten so far is also a solution for economic prosperity. If we look at the statistics of Sharia Banking in December 2013, we can see that murabahah is one of the sharia financial service products which has a very large percentage compared to other sharia financial products. What is the background of this happening?, is it due to external influences or from the economic actors themselves? Where usually economic actors carry out economic activities on the basis of something he perceives to be good or from the encouragement of others. The focus of the problem in this research is to find descriptive customer perceptions of ba'i murabahah. Then developed with a correlation to determine the extent of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The analytical tool used here is descriptive analysis by describing all the dimensions available in the questionnaire. Then analyzed again using multiple regression with SPSS program. The source of the data obtained is the source of data from customers of BMT Darussalam Madani Kota Wisata Cibubur. The results of the analysis show that based on the calculation of the multiple correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable where the independent variables include Physiological Variables, Attention, Needs, experience, and services to the dependent variable is the Interest Variable. Shows that there is a very close relationship between the Experience and Needs Variables on Respondents' Interests in the Murabahah system. Based on the count of multiple correlations between independent variables and dependent variables where the independent variables include physiological variables, attention, needs, experience, and services, the dependent variable is the implication variable. Shows a very close relationship between the Variables of Need, Experience and Attention to Respondents' Implications. Therefore, it is appropriate for every practitioner of Islamic finance to always give the best to customers so that customers are automatically interested in using Islamic financial products, because it has been formed in their perception that the Islamic economic system is suitable for all circles and levels of society.
