Abstract

This study aims to determine perception of work environment noise and organizational climate with employee job satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 90 employees worked in the place without air conditioner or working outside the building near the airport. Data collection in this research was done through questionnaire method. The scales of a perception toward noise in working environment, the organization climate, and the job satisfaction were used as parameters. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and a partial correlation analysis. The result of this research indicated that there were relation among perception toward noise in working environment and organization climate with the job satisfaction �� � 17.332; � � 0.05; � � 0,534; r 2� 0.285� and ere was significant negative relation between perceptions toward noise in employee working environment with the job satisfaction �� � 0.05; � � 0.274; r 2 � 0.58�.
